Portland Arts Tax Filing

File and pay the annual Portland Arts Education and Access Income Tax ($35 per adult resident). All Portland residents age 18 and older with income of $1,000 or more must file. Each adult must file and pay separately (no joint filing). Exemptions available for income below federal poverty level, income under $1,000, non-taxable income only, and permanent exemption for age 70+ or permanently disabled.
