Notice: Portland does not currently operate a mandatory city bicycle registration program. This form provides voluntary registration for theft recovery purposes only. For the most widely used bicycle registration and recovery service, Portland Police Bureau partners with Bike Index (bikeindex.org), a free, community-driven bicycle registration platform. Registering your bike on Bike Index in addition to this form is strongly recommended. If you have questions about this service, contact PBOT for the latest information.
