Temporary Business License

Apply for a short-term business license for temporary operations or events in the City of Portland. Eligible categories: seasonal vendors, special events vendors, film production companies, entertainment promoters, vendors in temporary structures (14 days max), and amusement ride operators. Fees: $10/day/vendor (max $100/location) for most categories; $25/day for film/entertainment; $10/day per ride for amusements. All fees are non-refundable.
