Cannabis Business Registration

Register a cannabis business with the City of Portland. All cannabis retailers, processors, producers, wholesalers, and laboratories operating within Portland city limits must register with the city and maintain a valid Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) license. Standard license fee: $595 application + $3,970 license = $4,565 total. Micro/courier license fee: $240 application + $1,135 license. Applications are submitted through the Civic Portal.
