Tree Chemical Treatment Permit
Apply for a permit to chemically treat trees in Portland under Title 11 — Trees. A permit is required for pesticide or herbicide application on street trees and Heritage Trees, and may be required for regulated trees on private property depending on the treatment type and tree size.
