Code Enforcement Appeal

Appeal a code enforcement notice or violation issued by Portland Permitting & Development (PP&D). Appeals must be filed within 10 business days of the decision or determination (PCC 22.10.030). There is no filing fee. You may appeal on the basis of factual error, compliance achieved, undue hardship, or procedural error.
