Commercial Water Meter Sizing & Request

Request a new commercial water meter or upsize an existing meter through the Portland Water Bureau. Commercial meters range from 1-inch to 10-inch and are sized based on fixture count, peak demand, and daily usage estimates. Fire service connections are handled separately but may be requested concurrently. All commercial water service connections require engineering review per Portland City Code Title 21.
