Deconstruction Contractor Certification
Apply for certification as a deconstruction contractor with the City of Portland. Portland's Deconstruction Ordinance (City Code 17.106.100) requires that houses built in 1940 or earlier be deconstructed rather than demolished. Only City-certified deconstruction contractors may perform this work.
