Apply for a permit to construct a new driveway approach, modify an existing approach, or close an existing driveway access to the public right-of-way. Administered by the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) under Portland City Code Title 17.28.110 and PBOT policies TRN-10.40 and TRN-10.42.
