Employer Withholding Tax Filing

File your quarterly or monthly employer withholding tax return to report and remit Multnomah County Preschool for All (PFA) and Metro Supportive Housing Services (SHS) taxes withheld from employee wages. All registered employers must file by the due date even if no taxes were withheld during the reporting period. This filing is administered by the City of Portland Revenue Division.
