Erosion Control Permit

Required for ALL ground-disturbing activities in Portland. Per Title 10 (updated by Ordinance 191988, effective January 3, 2025), erosion control compliance applies to any ground-disturbing activity regardless of size. This permit ensures that construction, grading, and land development activities implement proper erosion and sediment control measures to protect waterways and stormwater systems.
