Fire Alarm Alteration Affidavit

Apply for a fire alarm alteration permit in Portland for modifications to an existing fire alarm system. This includes adding, relocating, or removing devices, replacing control panels, changing monitoring services, or any modifications that affect system operation. Permits are issued by Portland Fire & Rescue (PF&R). All work must be performed by an Oregon-licensed fire alarm contractor and comply with NFPA 72 and the Oregon Fire Code.
