Fire Art Performance Permit

Apply for a permit to perform fire art in Portland, including fire spinning (poi), fire breathing, fire eating, fire dancing, and other fire-based performance art. Required under the Oregon Fire Code and Portland Fire Code. Permits are issued by Portland Fire & Rescue (PF&R). All fire performers must demonstrate competency, carry liability insurance, and comply with venue-specific safety requirements.
