Fire Code Operational Permit

Apply for an operational permit under the Portland Fire Code (Title 31, 2025 Oregon Fire Code, and 2023 Portland Fire Code) for hazardous materials storage or use, public/special events, temporary structures, fireworks and pyrotechnics, hot work operations, LP gas installations, spray finishing booths, portable propane/natural gas devices, ceremonial bonfires, fire art, laser use, and other fire safety-regulated activities. Permits are issued by Portland Fire & Rescue (PF&R).
