Apply for a Type B Home Occupation Permit to operate a business with customer visits from your residential property in Portland. Portland Zoning Code (Title 33.203) defines two types of home occupations: Type A (no customer visits, NO permit required) and Type B (customers visit the home, permit REQUIRED).
