Illegal Dumping Report

Report illegal dumping of trash, debris, or hazardous materials in Portland. Illegal dumping is a violation of Portland City Code and Oregon state law. Reports are investigated by the Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) and/or Portland Permitting & Development (PP&D) Code Compliance.
