Land Use Decision Appeal

Appeal a Type II, Type IIx, or Type III land use decision issued by the City of Portland. Appeals must be filed within 14 days of the mailing date of the decision. Type I/Ix/IV decisions are appealed to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) within 21 days. Submit appeals to LandUseIntake@portlandoregon.gov and the planner listed on the decision.
