Noise Complaint

File a noise complaint with the City of Portland. Reports are reviewed by the Noise Office (in partnership with the Bureau of Planning & Sustainability) and may result in a site visit, warning, or citation. Portland's noise regulations were consolidated under Ordinance 191944 (effective January 1, 2025).
