Non-Park Use Permit

Apply for a permit to use Portland Parks & Recreation property for non-recreational purposes. This permit is required for utility construction and maintenance, infrastructure projects, construction staging, surveying, environmental remediation, telecommunications installations, and other activities that do not fall under typical park or recreational use. Non-park use activities must minimize disturbance to park property, trees, natural areas, and public use. Applicants must provide a restoration plan to return the site to its original condition. Administered by Portland Parks & Recreation Property & Business Development division. A refundable damage deposit and restoration bond may be required.
