Portland Clean Energy Fund Grant

Apply for a Portland Clean Energy Fund (PCEF) grant to support clean energy projects, workforce development, regenerative agriculture, green infrastructure, and transportation decarbonization. PCEF prioritizes projects that serve communities disproportionately burdened by climate change and environmental pollution. Only 501(c) or 521(a) nonprofit organizations registered with the Oregon Secretary of State are eligible to apply.
