Permanent Sign Permit

Apply for a permit to install a new permanent commercial sign in the City of Portland. Required under Portland City Code Title 32 (Signs and Related Regulations, amended by Ordinance 191959, effective March 1, 2025) for all permanent sign installations on commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties. This permit covers wall signs, freestanding signs, projecting signs, and awning/canopy signs. Reviewed by Portland Permits & Development (PP&D). Submit via Development Hub PDX (DevHub).
