File your Portland personal income taxes including Multnomah County Preschool for All (PFA) and Metro Supportive Housing Services (SHS) taxes. Portland-area residents and workers with taxable income above certain thresholds are subject to these voter-approved personal income taxes administered by the City of Portland Revenue Division. PFA applies to Multnomah County residents with Oregon taxable income over $125,000 (single) or $200,000 (joint).
