Public Assembly Fire Permit

Apply for a fire permit for public assemblies and special events in Portland. Required under the Oregon Fire Code for gatherings of 50 or more persons, events in assembly occupancies, or any event with open flames, pyrotechnics, or temporary structures. Permits are issued by Portland Fire & Rescue (PF&R).
