Residential Water Meter Request

Request installation of a new residential water meter or replacement of an existing meter from the Portland Water Bureau. Covers new construction service connections and existing property upgrades. Meter sizes available include 3/4-inch (standard residential) and 1-inch. A licensed plumber is required for all water service connections per Portland City Code 21.08.
