Apply for a permit to perform work within the public right-of-way, including streets, sidewalks, and other City-owned transportation infrastructure. Required by Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) under Portland City Code Title 17 for utility installation, sidewalk repair, excavation, scaffolding, and other activities.
