Sewer Connection Loan

Apply for a loan from the Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) to connect your property to the Portland public sewer system or to finance private plumbing repairs. BES offers four loan types: SDC Loans (6.2% interim rate), Private Plumbing Loans (6.1% fixed rate), Safety Net Connection Loans (1.5% fixed rate for income-qualified owners), and Safety Net Private Plumbing Loans (1.5% fixed rate for income-qualified owners).
