Special Event Liquor License Application

Apply for a temporary special event liquor license for serving alcohol at public events within the City of Portland. This is a two-step process: (1) City of Portland Local Government Recommendation via Civic Portal ($35 fee), then (2) OLCC Temporary Event License via the OLCC CAMP portal ($50 per license day). Submit at least 30 days before the event for events with over 1,000 expected attendees, or at least 7 days before for events with 1,000 or fewer attendees.
