Minor Sprinkler Modification Permit

Apply for a permit for minor modifications to an existing fire sprinkler system in Portland. This permit covers modifications involving 10 or fewer sprinkler heads, including head additions, relocations, and replacements with different specifications. Issued by Portland Fire & Rescue (PF&R). All work must be performed by an Oregon-licensed fire sprinkler contractor.
