Clean River Rewards — Stormwater Management Discount

Apply for the Clean River Rewards program to receive a discount on the stormwater portion of your utility bill. The Portland Bureau of Environmental Services offers discounts of up to 35% on your stormwater charges for properties that manage stormwater runoff using approved facilities such as rain gardens, bioswales, eco-roofs, permeable pavement, trees, and cisterns. The maximum discount is 35% — the remaining 65% of stormwater fees supports Portland's shared stormwater infrastructure and cannot be discounted.
