When This Certification Is Required

  • For development projects, if a tree 36 inches or greater in diameter is not preserved and protected as allowed by Title 11.50.040.C.1.c, the property owner or representative must post a site notice and send notice to the recognized Neighborhood Association and District Coalition at least 45 calendar days before permit issuance.
