Utility Bill Dispute

Dispute a water, sewer, or stormwater bill from the Portland Water Bureau. You may request a bill adjustment, leak credit, or payment plan if you believe your bill is incorrect. Important: Please contact Water Bureau customer service at 503-823-7770 before filing a formal dispute. Formal disputes are reviewed by the Administrative Review Committee (3 members: Water Bureau rep, BES rep, Portland Utility Board member) which meets monthly.
