Submit a utility locate request before digging within the City of Portland. Oregon law (ORS 757.542) requires contacting Oregon 811 at least two business days before any excavation to have underground utilities marked. This form helps coordinate locates for City-owned utilities (water, sewer, stormwater) within Portland's public right-of-way and supplements your Oregon 811 request.
