Report water quality issues such as discoloration, unusual odor, taste changes, or particles in your drinking water. The Portland Water Bureau serves water from the Bull Run Watershed and Columbia South Shore Well Field, and is committed to meeting or exceeding all EPA and Oregon Health Authority standards.
