Yard Tree Planting (Treebate)

Apply for a Treebate utility bill credit from the Portland Bureau of Environmental Services (BES). The Treebate program provides a rebate on your utility bill when you purchase and plant an eligible tree on your property. You must be a Portland water/sewer/stormwater utility customer to participate.
